Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you respect our time and other clients by adhering to the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • This allows us time to offer your slot to another client. Late Cancellations • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. or minutes reduced from your course whichever suited. (?) No-Shows • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booked service or minutes reduced from your course whichever suited. (?) Full Payment is required at time of booking, either on our website or in the salon. • You may purchase 15 minute slots or a course depending on your circumstances. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened or cancelled, and the full fee may still apply. Exceptions • We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate where we can. Courses & Packages • All courses are non-refundable • Must be used within the stated expiry period • Missed sessions may be deducted from your course By booking with us, you agree to this policy.
