Welcome to our Salon, before using any equipment, please take a moment to read the provided instructions and guidelines. Your understanding and adherence to these guidelines are essential for ensuring safe and enjoyable experience.
Usage of UV Equipment

Savvy Sunshine operate a very strict 18 years old and over policy as required by Law. Savvy Sunshine reserve the right to refuse any person/s for any reason/s at any time/s.
Savvy Sunshine Course Bookings/Offers

May be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.

All paid courses are non-refundable, and all minutes must be used with 6 months of the purchase date. Remaining minutes after this time will be deleted from Savvy Sunshines’s system, and unable to retrieve or use.

All courses are non-refundable at any time, unless evidenced medical conditions are provided. All documentation must be submitted to xxxxxxx

The transfer of minutes to another client is prohibited.

Offer terms may vary, please see our website or salon for up to date offers and T&C’s. Savvy Sunshine reserve the right to change/update/remove at any time.
Client Responsibility

The client’s responsibility to inform the Savvy Sunshine salon employees with immediate effect of any changes of circumstances.
Responsible Tanning
-
Savvy Sunshine adhere strictly to the Sunbed Act (2010) and person/s aged 18 & over are permitted to use our UV equipment.

Savvy Sunshine reserve the right to ask for ID by way of photo driving licence or passport to evidence age accordingly.

Only 1 person may be in the tanning room when using equipment is active.

You (The Client) MUST wear eye protection when using UV equipment, this will be provided in each cubical.

You MUST have a minimum of 24 hours between each Tanning session, if this is for your safety & skincare.
DO NOT USE UV equipment if

You (the client) if you are or maybe pregnant.

If you have had a tattoo, waxing, bleaching, electrolysis or laser hair removal in the last 24/48 hours.

If you are experiencing sickness, ill effect, fainting, headaches, migraine, heart conditions, blood pressure, hypertension, prickly heat, cold sores. Allergies or skin ulcers.

If you are undergoing any medical treatment, always consult a/your medical professional.

If you are planning any atheistic treatments

If you have very sensitive skin.

If you have an excessive amount of moles or anyone in your immediate family have been diagnosed with skin cancer
